How to fix the photo on the form

How should the photo(s) be fixed on the Greencard application form?
Please use adhesive tape to fix your own photo (i.e. the photo of the main applicant) on the field reserved for that purpose on the front of the greencard application form. Please write your name and the date of birth well legible on the back and do not glue the photo.

If you have family members, a photo of each of them in a format between 37 x 37 mm and 50 x 50 mm (1.5 x 1.5 and 2 x 2 inches) also has to be added.
If the front doesn’t provide enough space, additional photos can also be stuck to the lower part of the back. Please do only stick these photos with adhesive tape, too, and write the name and date of birth of the respective person(s) on the back.

Alternatively you can also send in all photos without attaching them to your greencard application form. In this case please make sure they can not fall off the envelope. We will take care of fixing the photos and cut them into the right format if necessary.

Photo sizes

May the size of the photo differ?
If possible, please send us a picture of the size of 37 x 37 mm or 50 x 50 mm (1.5 x 1.5 or 2 x 2 inches),. If the photo is not overly large, we can cut it according to the regulations.

You should have your photography made by a photographer or an automate where you can choose the appropriate size.

State more children

I have more than three children. Where are they to be stated?
Please enter further children in the same order on the back of the application form. You may do so in handwriting.

All entries have to fit on one sheet of paper, thus it is due to technical reasons that we can not ask for more than three children on the front of our application form. But it is obligatory to state all children! No child under 21 years must be omitted!
